Individual counselling consists of one or more private sessions with the counsellor. In these sessions challenges can be discussed, solutions can be found, skills of accommodation can be developed, and attitudes towards stress can be changed. The sessions are confidential; the obligation of confidentiality applies to what has been formerly described. However, sessions are documented: counsellors can take notes for themselves, and can ask for information for the counselling journal. Individual counselling is by appointment only. Appointments can be made here, and by email.
