We offer several brief training programs for small groups of students on request.
Initiatives for such a group can also be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or here. In your email please indicate the number of students involved and the nature of the training you wish to take part.
This semester we offer these topics for training groups:
- relaxation methods
- stress management
- effective learning strategies
Small groups may involve 5-8 students and include 2-4 sessions, 1 hour each. Scheduling is appointed regarding the needs of the participants (within the facilities of the counselling service).
